Customer Engagement & Sales Growth – Meeting vendors, securing new instructions, and maximising property values through strategic marketing and negotiation.? Lead Conversion & Negotiation – Managing offers, negotiating sales between buyers and sellers, and ensuring seamless transactions through to completion.? Team Leadership & Development – Recruiting, training, and motivating the sales team, providing daily guidance and strategic direction.? Business Development & Networking – Expanding the company’s presence by introducing new partner agents and clients, attending networking events, and identifying market opportunities.?
