We are on the hunt for a diligent and detail-oriented Tenancy Liaison Officer (TLO) to manage relationships between tenants and our property team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth property operations, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and contributing to the efficiency of our property department.

Description

Profile

A successful TLO should have:

  • Relevant educational background in property management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software.
  • A professional approach, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A full UK driving license.
