My client are a specialist in the Social Housing Regeneration sector delivering predominantly refurbishment projects throughout Manchester and Oldham.
Due to sustained growth resulting in the business producing 30m turnover, they're recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You'll be working in a team alongside 5 other Quantity Surveyors.
The role: Your duties will include: Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget. Reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies. Evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes. Developing and maintaining procurement schedules. Preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works for pricing projects. And managing subcontract procurement, agreement, payment, and award.
Salary: On offer is an excellent salary from 45,000 to 60,000 plus package
