Our client are a highly regarded fit out and refurbishment contractor delivering high quality projects across the UK.
They have developed an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding projects across the Design & Build, Fit Out, and Interiors sectors.
They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business and work on fit out and refurbishment projects.
Duties and responsibilities to include:
- Attend all commercial meetings internal/external relevant to multiple projects
- Oversee/monitor contract costs against agreed budgets
- Monitor the use of cost and financial reporting systems
- Prepare and submit cash flow forecasting as required
- Carry out monthly/periodic financial reviews (CVRs)
- Oversee and monitor the production, submission and agreement of final accounts
- Build working relationships with supply chain, consultants and clients where appropriate.
