Job Profile for Senior Quantity Surveyor - OT(phone number removed)
Bennett & Game are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Leading Fitout Contractor, based from their Oldham office. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be reporting to the Commercial Director, while overseeing a team of 10 Surveyors & Buyers, providing advice around contractual issues, mentoring the team and upskilling their knowledge. Alongside overseeing the team, you will also be involved in managing some project work either alongside a QS in the team or solo when needed.
Projects range from 100k to 10M+, sectors include; leisure, hospitality, retail, office space, student accommodation and commercial. Locations are nationwide however the role will be office based with site visits, working away is not required. Their turnover currently stands at circa 50M, with over 50 staff.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Salary & Benefits
* Salary: 60k - 70k DOE (guide only- open to discussion)

Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Overview

* Prior experience as a SQS or Commercial Manager
* Completed fitout projects previously
* Open to Senior QS candidate seeking a step up
* Able to commute to Oldham
* Good contractual knowledge to support the team
* Good tenure and seeking a permanent PAYE role
