Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor with expertise in financial management and refurbishment and retrofit projects? Join our Retrofit Team to drive efficiency, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in delivering high-profile refurbishment schemes.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage financial aspects of refurbishment and retrofit projects, reducing risks and maximising contributions.
* Oversee tendering, pricing, and subcontract negotiations specific to building refurbishments.
* Lead subcontract procurement, valuations, and change order management for retrofit projects.
* Ensure accurate cost reporting and compliance with company procedures.
* Build strong relationships with clients, site teams, and office staff to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Undertake cost planning, value engineering, and financial forecasting for retrofit and refurbishment works.
* Monitor subcontractor accounts and final account settlements.
* Produce monthly Cost Value Reports and performance reviews for senior management.
* Maintain contract administration, document control, and rebate reportage.
* Assist in strategic decision-making, providing financial insights to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Work closely with sustainability teams to align financial strategies with carbon reduction and energy efficiency targets.
* Contribute to the development of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
* Support junior quantity surveyors with training and mentorship to develop their skills and expertise.
