Our client is a well-established family-owned building contractor with a strong track record in various sectors, including education, housing, health, commercial, and industrial projects. Their operations encompass refurbishment, design, and construction work in the North West and Yorkshire regions.
They are now seeking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You'll be working on social housing refurbishment (kitchen and bathroom) schemes.
Duties and responsibilities to include:
- Cost control and value management strategies.
- Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements
- Oversee the commercial aspects of the project
- Manage cash flow.
- Manage subcontractor payments.
- Provide guidance on contractual issues.
- Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
