Industrial Recruiter and BD

Role Overview:As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement. You will leverage your knowledge of the engineering sector to identify and attract top talent, while also fostering relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients to build a robust client portfolio.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to attract and engage qualified candidates.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet client requirements and organisational culture.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding support.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to enhance recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the engineering sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
