You will work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather relevant information and compile detailed cost analyses. A strong understanding of construction methods and materials, along with experience in NEC contract processes, will be essential for your success.

• Proven experience as a Civil Estimator within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering methodologies and materials.
• Experience with NEC contracts and an understanding of groundworks or civils projects.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
