English Teachers - OldhamEnglish Teacher job - OldhamStart date: ASAPPosition: English TeacherLocation: Oldham -based Secondary SchoolsWe are working in partnership with several secondary schools in Oldham who are seeking enthusiastic and committed English teachers to join their teams. You will be teaching English across KS3 and KS4. KS5 experience would be desired but not essential. ECTs are welcome to apply. These are long-term positions to start asap for half term initially, with the potential to extend.Job Description:
- Delivering engaging and creative English lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Planning and preparing schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback.
- Contributing to the development of the department's curriculum.
- Participating in extracurricular activities such as school trips.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. ECT's welcome to apply.
- Recent experience teaching English at secondary school level.
- Strong behaviour/classroom management.
- The ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
