Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an enthusiastic RE teacher to join a secondary academy in Oldham.

This is a full-time temporary supply teaching role from as soon as possible until July 2025.

The Role

Teacher of Religious Education to GCSE

Five days a week 8.15am to 3pm

Teacher of Core Religious Education lessons with a focus on developing open- minded and empathetic learners supporting British Values.

Positive confident classroom management skills where students can share beliefs in a safe supportive environment.

Innovative teacher able to adapt lessons to a broad range of beliefs and cultures.

The academy are interested in hearing from early career teachers, experienced QTS teachers or FE lecturers with experience of teaching Religious Education to students aged 11 to 18.

Ability to cover other subjects including English and Humanities would be beneficial.
