Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise field engineers and support teams to maintain efficiency and safety standards.
  • Manage all service and maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues.
  • Organise and coordinate field operations, dispatching engineers to project sites as needed.
