About the RoleAs a Family Liaison Officer, you will be a vital link between the school and its families, working to enhance student well-being, attendance, and achievement by fostering strong, supportive relationships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with school staff to identify and address barriers to learning.

About YouTo be considered for this position, you must:

  • Have experience working in schools or the education sector, ideally in a pastoral, support, or family liaison role.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • Hold a valid DBS check on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
