Learning Support Assistant - Complex Needs
Prospero Teaching are working closely with a large organisation who provide educational support to children with significant learning difficulties, autism and behavioural challenges. The schools and colleges support students aged 11-25 years old and is based in Oldham and is easily accessed by road and public transport links and offers free parking on site.
The Role will consist of:
- Providing tailored support and working with children with SEN and complex needs
- Personal care is involved
- Creating a safe environment that allows children and other students have fun, learn and succeed
- Academic support
The Ideal candidate:
- Experience of supporting pupils with SEN on a voluntary or paid basis OR/ experience of supporting those with complex needs in a care setting
- Driven, energetic and keen to pursue a career in education and special needs
Position Details:
- LOCATION - Oldham (OL8)
- POSITION - Complex Needs Learning Support Assistant
- CONTRACT TYPE - Temporary - Permanent
- MINIMUM DAILY RATE - 90
- HOURS - Full time Monday - Friday 8.30am -3.40pm
- START DATE - ASAP
