Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes emotional and social development.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for the young people.
- Assist with daily routines, activities, and therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual's needs.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to meet safeguarding and regulatory standards.
- Respond to challenging behaviours with patience, resilience, and compassion.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a residential care setting or working with children/young people is preferred but not essential.
- A caring, empathetic approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not mandatory.
