Childrens Advanced Practitioner, Permanence Team Pay rate £39 per hour Contract role Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker in Oldham to work in a Permanence Team. The role is for a full time (5 days) qualified and experienced social Worker to join one of our 4 Teams within the Permanence Service in Oldham.Teams are made up of 1 TM, 1 AP & up to 6 SW's including ASYE.You would hold a case load on average of about 18 children and Young People in LA care and to the expectations would be to review progress and develop their care plans to best meet their individual needs and all that this entails.The hybrid model is normally 3 days office based and 2 days WFH.Work with Vitalis to Discover Exciting Opportunities in Qualified Social Work, Housing and SEND
