Sonic Summary

The position is for a full-time qualified and experienced Social Worker in the Permanence Service located in Oldham.
The salary for this role is £39 per hour.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social work.
The team consists of a Team Manager, an Advanced Practitioner, and up to 6 Social Workers, including ASYE.
The role involves managing a caseload of approximately 18 children and young people in local authority care, with a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Social Worker Team: Permanence Location: Oldham Rate: £39

The role is for a full time (5 days) qualified and experienced social Worker to join one of our 4 Teams within the Permanence Service in Oldham.

Teams are made up of 1 Team Manager, 1 Advanced Practitioner & up to 6 Social Workers including ASYE.

You would hold a case load on average of about 18 children and Young People in LA care and to the expectations would be to review progress and develop their care plans to best meet their individual needs and all that this entails.

The hybrid model is normally 3 days office based and 2 days working from home.
