What You'll Be Doing:
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children and young people in need of protection.
- Managing complex cases involving safeguarding and care proceedings.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and partner agencies.
- Working within a systemic framework to understand and address the needs of families.
- Providing expert evidence in court proceedings.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of our services.
About You:
- You are a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- You have significant experience in children's safeguarding and care proceedings.
- You possess a strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices.
- You are passionate about working with children and families and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
- You are able to work within a systemic frame work.
