Your Role:
  1. Assessment and Intervention: Conduct child and family assessments, formulate plans, and provide early interventions to support children and families at a Child in Need level.

  2. Safeguarding and Care Planning: Lead longer-term interventions, particularly in Child Protection and Children Looked After cases. Work on assessments, chair meetings, and attend court.

  3. Permanence: Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children in care, handle placement issues, and focus on long-term care plans.

  4. Children with Disabilities: Manage cases from assessment to court proceedings, working closely with children with disabilities and their families, including transition to adult services.
