Milk Education is seeking a full-time Behaviour Support Assistant to join a secondary school setting. This role involves supporting students academically and providing mentorship to enhance their attainment and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to individuals in a mentoring relationship.
- Assist mentees in setting and achieving personal and professional goals.
- Offer advice and share personal experiences to aid mentees' development.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for mentees to learn and grow.
- Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to mentees.
- Collaborate with other mentors and program coordinators to ensure the success of the mentoring program.
About You:
- Previous experience in a mentoring or coaching role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with mentees.
- Knowledge of the industry or field relevant to the mentee’s goals.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
