Milk Education is seeking a full-time Behaviour Support Assistant to join a secondary school setting. This role involves supporting students academically and providing mentorship to enhance their attainment and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to individuals in a mentoring relationship.
  • Assist mentees in setting and achieving personal and professional goals.
  • Offer advice and share personal experiences to aid mentees' development.
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment for mentees to learn and grow.
  • Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to mentees.
  • Collaborate with other mentors and program coordinators to ensure the success of the mentoring program.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a mentoring or coaching role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with mentees.
  • Knowledge of the industry or field relevant to the mentee’s goals.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
