We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a school in Oldham. In this vital role, you will work closely with students to help them achieve their academic goals and develop essential life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with their individual learning needs, both one-on-one and in small groups.
  • Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Monitor and track student's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.

  • Enhanced DBS on the updated service is mandatory (or willingness to apply for one).
