Milk Education is looking for dedicated Unqualified Special Needs Teaching Assistants to work in Secondary schools in Oldham, Greater Manchester. If you are passionate about working with children who have special educational needs and want to be part of an inclusive learning environment, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with special educational needs on a 1:1 and small group basis.
  • Support the delivery of individualised learning programs tailored to students’ needs.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Help with behavioral management and support the development of social and emotional skills.
  • Provide personal care when necessary and ensure the well-being of students.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with children or in an education setting is a plus.
  • Compassionate, patient, and understanding approach.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn.
  • An interest in supporting children with special educational needs.
