Service Controller (Customer Service Administrator)
Monday-Friday 8.30-5pm
Full time office based in Oldham, Manchester.

Our client is a well-established supplier of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning, across a wide range of sectors. We are looking for someone from a service desk background that understands the importance of outstanding customer experience and attention to detail.

And as a Service Controller with Jordon, you’ll do it by…
- ensuring all new calls are allocated to engineers in a timely manner.
- will effectively plan engineer’s callouts to customers and ensure the work is allocated effectively.
- continually communicate with customers should any problems arise on site.
- monitoring and dealing with service call outs via the service desk email box.
What does it take?

- IT Literate (able to use Outlook and MS office suite of products).
- able to provide a professional, friendly, can-do response when dealing with colleagues and customers.
- a strong team player.
- customer service focused.
- a good communicator and have a good eye for attention to detail.
- have strong experience in a service desk role (minimum 2 years ideally).
Working arrangements
In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from theoffice based role located in Oldham Manchester. Full time hours 40 per week. Monday-Friday 8.30am to -5.00pm (Must be flexible to provide some cover 1 in 5 weekends which attracts a callout payment).
