Diagnostic Vehicle Technician
- Basic Salary: Up to £33,500.00
- OTE: £36,000.00 (Overtime/Plus Time Saved Bonus/Annual Bonus)
- Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 08:45-17:00, Plus Alternate Saturday Mornings.
- Annual Leave: 30 Days Holiday Per Year (including Bank Holidays)
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Diagnostic Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a franchised dealer group located in Oldham.
Our Automotive Client has a need for a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.
The ideal Motor Trade Diagnostic Vehicle Technician will be fully qualified and experienced within the Diagnostic Vehicle Technician role.
Typical Duties as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic include but are not limited to:
- Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
- MOT Testing
- Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
- Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards
Diagnostic Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
- Proven experience as a Technician in an automotive dealership.
- Advanced knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems, including electronic and mechanical components.
- Proficiency in utilising diagnostic tools and software to resolve complex issues.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical staff members/customers.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude, committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Valid driving license and a clean driving record.
The salary of this Diagnostic Vehicle Technician role is up to £36,000 OTE.
Hours of work in this Diagnostic Vehicle Technician role are Monday-Friday 08:45-17:00, Plus Alternate Saturday Mornings.
