Our client, a fantastic employer and well-established franchised dealer group, is looking to recruit an experience Light Commercial Vehicle Technician in the Oldham area.

Are you a vehicle technician looking to progress your career with a long established, family run motor retailer?

Salary: £30k - £33k Basic, £37k+ OTE (including end of year bonus) for more experienced candidates.

Working hours/days: Monday to Friday; 8:30am - 5pm, Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm (alternate)

Ideally, you will already possess relevant formal qualifications in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3, as well as a full Driving Licence and your own set of tools.

They will consider candidates from any background, independent or main dealer.

With multiple site locations, they we have opportunities to expand so the successful candidate will join a well-established and experienced team and look forward to a progressive career.

What the role involves:

Carrying out service, repairs, and maintenance to high standards
Inspecting and accurately diagnosing vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components using manufacture diagnostic equipment
Carrying out Video Vehicle Health Checks and ensuring paperwork is accurate and up to date
Ensuring work is carried out efficiently to meet customer time-frames and that a high level of productivity is maintained.
Engaging with manufacture training to keep up to date with the latest level of new models and technology
To maintain high standards and quality of work to help us deliver a 'Right First Time' experience to our customers
