We are seeking to appoint a Food Tech Teacher on a 12 month fixed term basis who is passionate and dedicated to join a fantastic secondary school in Oldham as a maternity cover. The initial start date for this role is January 2025, however this is negotiable for the right candidate. This school has a good track record of fixed term positions becoming permanent if this meets the needs of the successful candidate. Food Tech is delivered as part of their key stage 3 Design and Technology curriculum, with GCSE food and nutrition being a popular option choice at key stage 4. A handover period has been included in the contract so that you will be able to prepare for the role and liaise with the colleague who is due to go on maternity leave.
