A Fabricator/Welder is urgently required for a precision engineering company in Oldham that specializes in sheet metal and fabrications for various industries including Aerospace and Nuclear.
Candidates must be proficient in both Mig and Tig welding processes and have the ability to read and work to high-standard drawings.
Experience working with stainless steel and general engineering practices is essential, along with the ability to work to precision tolerances.
The position requires working day shifts from 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3:30pm on Fridays, with overtime available.
The salary for this role is competitive, offering up to £34,500 depending on experience, along with additional benefits such as a site bonus and 33 days of holiday.

Fabricator/Welder

URGENTLY required for a privately owned a precision engineering company based in Oldham, providing specialist precision engineered Sheet Metal & Fabrications for the Aerospace, Nuclear, Pharmaceutical, construction and Food industry sectors.

Skills/experience

Must be proficient with both Mig & Tig welding processes.

Must have the ability to read and work to drawings to a high standard

Experience of working with stainless steel and general engineering practices

Ability to work to precision tolerances.

The successful candidate will be required to work day shift 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8am - 3.30pm overtime available.

A very competitive salary of up to £34,500 dependent on experience..
