A Fabricator/Welder is urgently needed for a precision engineering company in Oldham that specializes in Sheet Metal & Fabrications for various industries.
Candidates must be proficient in both Mig and Tig welding, with the ability to read and work to high-standard drawings, and have experience with stainless steel.
The position requires working day shifts from 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3:30pm on Fridays, with overtime available.
The salary offered is competitive, up to £18 per hour depending on experience, along with a site bonus after the qualifying period and 33 days of holiday.

Fabricator/Welder

URGENTLY required for a privately owned a precision engineering company based in Oldham, providing specialist precision engineered Sheet Metal & Fabrications for the Aerospace, Nuclear, Pharmaceutical, construction and Food industry sectors.

Skills/experience

Must be proficient with both Mig & Tig welding processes.

Must have the ability to read and work to drawings to a high standard

Experience of working with stainless steel and general engineering practices

Ability to work to precision tolerances.

The successful candidate will be required to work day shift 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8am - 3.30pm overtime available.

A very competitive salary of up to £18 per hour dependent on experience is offered.
