We are seeking a skilled Fabricator Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating and welding metal components, ensuring they meet the high standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and work from engineering drawings to fabricate components accurately.
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metals, including stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
  • Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
  • Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet quality and strength specifications.
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and maintain high work standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder in an industrial or heavy engineering environment.
  • Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Experience working with mild steel and structural steel fabrication.
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
  • Knowledge of safe welding and fabrication practices, including handling hazardous materials.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces or at height.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily workshop-based with potential on-site fabrication and installation work.
  • Standard working hours with potential for overtime as required.
  • Adherence to strict safety procedures is mandatory.
