Plumber - Social Housing Client - Oldham
Location: Oldham, UK
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours per week)

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable Plumber to join one of our social housing clients in Oldham. This is a permanent, full-time role, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while delivering high-quality services to residents. As a Plumber, you will play a key part in maintaining and repairing plumbing systems within our client's properties, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency.







Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete plumbing repairs and multi-skilled works in social housing properties.
  • Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with residents and clients.
  • Work proactively to meet KPIs and service targets.
  • Maintain accurate job records and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • City & Guilds (Plumbing) or equivalent (Essential).
  • Time-served apprenticeship (Desirable).
  • Full, valid driving license (Essential).
