As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will provide our customers with a superior experience, receiving parts and services wherever they are in the world and whenever they need them, using easy-to-access and convenient solutions and processes. This is a varied, fast-paced role within an OEM team, which would suit someone with a strong administrative background and experience within customer operations, confident with speaking to stakeholders.

In your first few weeks in this Customer Service Coordinator role, you can expect to:

  • Log incoming customer enquiries and respond in a timely manner
  • Use multiple reports for identifying potential problems
  • Interpret the voice of the customer
  • General administration duties within the customer ops team
  • Regular contact points with the customer, both on the phone and through teams
