Project Director - Energy Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and grow a key division within a dynamic infrastructure services company. This role involves strategic leadership, P&L responsibility, and team management to drive sustainable, profitable growth in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery and financial performance
• Develop client relationships and oversee key accounts
• Manage and mentor contract and project managers
• Champion health, safety, and quality across all operations
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven leadership experience in utilities or infrastructure
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L management expertise
• Background in high-pressure gas or large-scale projects preferred
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
