Commercial Property Coordinator – Energy – Milton Keynes


We are looking for a talented Commercial Property Coordinator within the energy industry to take on a role as a Commercial Property Coordinator who will provide guidance on the land rights and legal access requirements through the process lifecycle of business assets
  
Experience

• A relevant legal qualification and background with commercial property experience.
• Utilities industry experience would be highly beneficial.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to raise issues and push back on senior stakeholders, acting professionally and with the business’ best interests at heart.

  
Duties

• Preparing template title deeds and plans.
• Liaising with landowners and legal teams including internal and external solicitors.
• Complete land registry searches, liaising with land registry where necessary.
• Query resolution and issue management.
• Complete and assist on legal assessments for required projects.

  
Location – Milton Keynes – Hybrid
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £35,000 - £43,000
