As a Clinical Lead, you will:
- Develop and implement clinical governance policies with the Home Manager.
- Mentor and support nurses and carers, providing training on clinical practices.
- Maintain and ensure care records and plans meet regulatory standards.
- Monitor clinical standards and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with management to foster a positive work environment.
- Act as a role model, demonstrating good clinical practice.
