Our client is seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to join their exceptional care home in Olney, Buckinghamshire. As a Clinical Lead, you will:
  • Develop and implement clinical governance policies with the Home Manager.
  • Mentor and support nurses and carers, providing training on clinical practices.
  • Maintain and ensure care records and plans meet regulatory standards.
  • Monitor clinical standards and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with management to foster a positive work environment.
  • Act as a role model, demonstrating good clinical practice.

The ideal Clinical Lead will have:
  • NMC registration and relevant post-registration experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in IT and maintaining electronic records.
