On offer is the opportunity to join a growing construction business, established for over 50 years, with sites across Ireland, have a secured book of clients and looking to grow further across renewables, civil, electrical and other exciting projects.
In this role you will liaise with client's representatives, negotiate with subcontractors, management of project costs, agree variations and valuations, commercial management of minor civil projects.
The ideal candidate is based commutable to Omagh, comes from a construction background and has contracts, commercial or bid management experience in commercial projects, managing and consulting with internal and external stakeholders.
THE ROLE:
- Tender Management.
- Budget and cost control.
- Commercial Management of minor engineering maintenance projects
THE PERSON:
- Construction experience
- Project and cost control
- Degree, diploma in engineering or construction management.
- Full right to work in the UK
