Location: Just outside of Harlow?? Need to drive ideally or have access to a bike (No public Transport available)

Pay: £11.50ph ??

Hours: 7.00am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday

Temporary for approximately 6 weeks

?? Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking a Production Operative to join their team. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing and replenishing our client's own and external brands to meet business needs. This is a full-time position based in the Production department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Adhere to our client's core values: Positivity, Honesty, Always delivering, and Knowledge.

  • Meet departmental KPIs using Standard Operating Practises (SOP) and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW).
  • Collaborate with Goods In to manage stock levels effectively.
  • Conduct start-up checks, ensuring clean and prepared work areas.
  • Report any issues to line management promptly.
  • Work in various departments following appropriate training.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of products for accurate component identification.
  • Record data as requested on works orders and pallet sheets.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the workplace.

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of production machinery and its daily operations.
  • Positive work ethic and a can-do attitude.

  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
