Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
- This role can mainly be work from home - you would be expected to visit the office in Ongar, Essex once per week to report figures.
- Monday - Friday only, although flexibility to work a pattern to suit client's needs will be an advantage
- Option to work from the office is available if you prefer
Our client, a market leading Financial Services brokerage and forward thinking operation, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join their flourishing and expanding team. The outgoing Advisor has retired and leaves a comprehensive and lucrative client bank.
My clients pride themselves on sourcing the best mortgage and protection products for any circumstance and require their advisers to provide outstanding customer service at all times. The business is progressing and they are looking to offer the right experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker an excellent opportunity to get into the career they have been looking for.
Opportunities exist to expand your current knowledge and you will be supported through further qualifications and exams in disciplines such as equity release and/or wealth management.
Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker - Qualification:
- The successful applicant will ideally be an accomplished Mortgage Advisor who has achieved Competent Advisor Status (CAS) and therefore will also be fully CeMAP qualified, or possess an equivalent mortgage advice qualification.
- The successful candidate will display outstanding customer service skills as well as being highly motivated, professional and a real "people person", with the ambition to be the very best they can be.
Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker - The Package:
- £30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary
- £75,000 - £85,000+ realistic On Target Earnings can be earned from commission income, as well as from successful referrals made to the wealth side of the business
- Multiple lead sources stemming from a vibrant and busy operation
- Full Admin Support
- 5 days per week Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (5pm Friday)
