Our client is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team based in Chipping Ongar. Full operation of 3, 4, and 5 Axis milling machines, from programming to process optimization.
Programming, setting, and operating CNC machines using CAM software such as Fusion 360, FeatureCAM, or PowerMill.
Continuously improve processes to enhance production efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

Solid experience in CNC machining, specifically with 3-5 Axis milling machines.
Proficiency in CAM software (Fusion 360, FeatureCAM, or PowerMill).
Expertise with HAAS machines is highly desirable.

What's On Offer:

Competitive salary: Up to £55,000 per annum with overtime.
Hourly rate based on experience: £17 to £21.63 per hour for HAAS machine specialists.
Overtime available at 1.33x, 1.5x, and 2x rates depending on the day of the week.
Full-time, permanent position: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Fridays until 12:30 PM.
