As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and educational activities
  • Support each child’s individual needs and development journey
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider team
  • Encourage a love of learning through play-based experiences
  • Ensure a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all children
  • Keep up with daily observations and developmental records

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years
  • A true passion for working with children and helping them thrive
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable personality
  • A creative, proactive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in!
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child welfare regulations
  • Previous nursery or childcare experience is a plus but not essential - we love nurturing talent!
