Due-to continued success, my client is looking for a Sales Processor to join their team. Multiple members of their team have been with the company for 40+ years and 30% of their team have been with them for 10+ years!
Salary: Up to 26,000
Hours: Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 16:30 (Flexibility to do contracted hours over 4 days)
Location: Woore
Duration: Permanent/ Full time
Sales Processor Duties include:
- Sales order processing and processing Goods returns requests
- Liaising with customers and colleagues
- Responding to non-technical customer enquiries
- Building rapport with new and existing customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
- Supporting with administrative duties, including order placing and progress chasing with suppliers
Requirements for the right Sales Processor:
- Ability to manage client expectations and maintain client relationships
- Strong prioritisation, organisation and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage own workload and use initiative
- Be flexible and reactive when urgent issues arise
- Customer Service skills, including telephone and email
