Job Details:
- Responsible Individual / Operations Manager
- Joining a well-established organisation that specialise in support and care for children and young people within residential care homes
- Becoming an RI over 7 children's homes, that support children with LD, Autism and EBD
- All homes have GOOD or above OFSTED ratings
- Homes are based between Ormskirk, St Helens and Wigan.
- Line Managing the Registered Managers of all the homes
- Ensure all homes meet OFSTED and company standards
- Lead on referrals
- Lead on recruitment
- Lead on safeguarding leads
- Lead on budget management
- Report into the company directors
- Head office is based in Widnes, working between sites and homes
Contract Details:
- Full-time, permanent contract
- 60,000 - 85,000
- + Bonuses
Requirements Details:
- Level 5 in leadership and management
- Experience as an RI and multi-site management
- Driving Licence
