Creative Studio Manager – Full-Time

Location: The Loft, Old Mill Building, Ormskirk Town Centre
Hours: 36 hours per week

• Monday - Tuesday: 9 AM to 5:30 PM
• Wednesday - Thursday: 9 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9 AM to 2:00 PM

Salary: £15 per hour

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Creative Studio Manager to lead our small, talented team.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong management skills and a background in creative design.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a team of 3 designers, making sure projects flow smoothly and deadlines are hit
• Taking charge of creating and managing the production of ads, magazines, websites, and print-ready layouts
• Your Apple Mac knowledge is key here — you’ll keep the studio running efficiently and help troubleshoot any issues
• Inspiring and motivating your team to produce top-quality work

Who We’re Looking For:

• You’ve got solid experience managing a team, ideally in a creative studio or design-driven environment
• You’re a pro with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (and you probably geek out a little about learning new tricks!)
• You're highly skilled with Apple Macs and navigate them effortlessly
• You’re organised but easy going, able to balance multiple projects
• You’re a reliable team player and can easily commute to Ormskirk
