My client are a leading building compliance and energy assessment organisation - committed to providing bespoke services to exciting properties UK wide. They are on track to doubling the company size over the next 5 years and are already the preferred partner for industry leading organisations for retrofit and assessment services - opening new offices in the future.

The role will include energy assessments across the Northwest, from Chester to Carlisle - ranging from site audits, performance testing and reporting. You will be trained in the use of state-of-the-art assessment tools, and work within an incredibly exciting portfolio.

This is the ideal role for someone with a technical understanding looking for a new career. You will be driven and motivated by training and upskilling and would be looking to guarantee yourself a skillset and career within the renewable energy market. The Role:

  • Site surveys and inspections.
  • Evaluation of energy efficiency and performance of commercial properties - covering heating systems, HVAC ventilation and more.
  • Use of state-of-the-art tools to test energy efficiencies.
  • Reports on energy efficiencies, and creation of recommendations and energy efficiency improvement methods.
  • Covering the coast from Chester to Carlisle

The Candidate:

  • Educated to a college or university level.
  • Has an active interest in the renewable energy market.
  • Looking for a career where you will become a qualified assessor - securing yourself a skillset and guaranteed work for a lifetime.
  • Ideally from a technical background or has a technical interest.
