We are looking for dedicatedTeaching Assistantsto join our schools across Ormskirk. You will support students' academic, social, and emotional development, working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals in partner schools.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the school and students.
- Any knowledge or understanding of SEN is desirable

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of tailored lessons for students
- Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
- Prepare and organise learning materials and resources.
- Monitor and record student progress, reporting to teachers.
- Support students during school activities
The pay range advertised is based on employment through an umbrella company.
