Description

  • Identify potential clients via warm leads and conduct appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients (warm leads), while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Create and present a detailed, cost-effective business solution to the potential client
  • Collaborate with the sales team to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  • Meet and strive to exceed sales quotas
  • Track and report metrics through CRM system
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customers' dedication

Profile

A successful Temp Sales Executive should have:

  • 2 year experience within Business Development, Telesales & Sales Executive
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with CRM software
  • A strong understanding of the sales process
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
