- To offer over support in the care of a range of clients; specifically within ministry of justice sites and schools
- To support the office manager where requiredÂ
- To liaise with different teams internally and engineers out in the field to help problem solve on behalf of the customer
- To ensure the customer portals are updated with all relevant information, making the changes where required
- To raise purchase orders and deal with any invoice queries
- To support with administration across projects and pre planned maintenances
- To provide a high level of customer service at all times
- MUST be computer literate
- To be an established administrator and confident with dealing customers over the phone and via email
- To be a problem solver and take accountability of customer queries
- To be a strong communicator when liaising with other departments
- To be able to build relationships with other stakeholders and our technicians
