Agility Communications are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to join our fast growing team. This role will be offering the starting salary of £30,000 -£35,000 with a fantastic benefits package. This position will be based at our head office in Ormskirk.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting our team, and enhancing our customer service capabilities. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders, as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team and staff.
  • Managing Zoho People and all associated Annual Leave Requests
  • Assist Sales Leads with reports on CRM
  • Working with Agility Suppliers on a day to day basis
  • Responsible for the collation of monthly and quarterly sales slide decks
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
  • Work with Marketing on email campaigns providing collateral
  • Support financial tasks, including invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and improve client experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workplace.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
