Job Overview:The successful candidate will manage musculoskeletal (MSK) outpatient caseloads, providing tailored, evidence-based physiotherapy treatment to improve patient recovery and foster independence through self-management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with MSK conditions.

  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to optimize patient outcomes.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  • Provide education on self-management strategies to support long-term health.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with NHS standards.

Requirements:

  • HCPC Registration as a Physiotherapist.
