We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HLTA to join a mixed primary and secondary SEN school in Ormskirk on a full-time basis.
Role Details:- Responsibilities:
- Deliver planned lessons and support learning across a range of subjects for pupils with additional needs.
- Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to support academic and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
- Assist in developing and adapting resources to meet individual learning needs.
- Take on a proactive role in classroom management and student engagement.
- Key Requirements:
- Must hold a Level 4 HLTA qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting and nurturing children's learning and development.What We Offer:
