  • Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to support academic and emotional development.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
  • Assist in developing and adapting resources to meet individual learning needs.
  • Take on a proactive role in classroom management and student engagement.
  • Key Requirements:
  • Must hold a Level 4 HLTA qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
