Are you ready to be the backbone of the financial operations for my client? I am seeking a highly skilled and strategic Financial Controller to maintain and enhance the company's financial health. This pivotal role involves providing accurate reports and forecasts, enabling the management team to make informed decisions and supporting all business areas with expert financial advice and insights.

Role Overview

As the Financial Controller, you will report directly to the Managing Director and take charge of accounting and financial reporting functions. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reports. You will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategies that drive the company forward.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the entire finance department, ensuring all financial reporting is accurate and timely.
  • Develop and maintain timely financial statements and reports that comply with accepted policies and procedures.
  • Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.
  • Collaborate with the management team to understand their needs and assist in making sound financial decisions.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.

Education & Experience

  • Proven Leadership and Team Management Skills.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc).
